FPA Submits Testimony in Opposition to Nevada’s SB.173

The Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) is submitting this testimony in opposition to NV SB.173, which establishes an intentionally added PFAS definition and prohibits the sale of packaging that meets that definition by 2026, among other initiatives.
