Succession in the Presidency of Comexi

Continuing with the succession plan initiated eight years ago, the ownership and the Board of Directors have decided that on May 1st, 2025, Pau Xifra will assume the Presidency of Comexi, taking over from the current President, Manel Xifra, who will continue to collaborate as a member of the Board of Directors. José Mª Pastor, current Strategy and Transformation Director of the group, will take on the role of Managing Director of Comexi.
