FPA Submits Testimony on Washington State’s House Bill 1150

The Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) appreciates the opportunity to submit testimony on House Bill 1150 (Berry), which would establish an Extended Producer Responsibility for packaging program in the State of Washington. While we appreciate the intent of the legislation and the work that has gone into it, we are not able to support it as this time and welcome additional amendments.
