FPA Submits Testimony in Opposition to Nebraska’s Legislative Bill 607

The Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) appreciates the opportunity to submit testimony in opposition to Legislative Bill 607 (Bostar), which provides positive changes to Nebraska’s advanced recycling definition, but directs the Department of Environment and Ecology to begin establishing an problematic EPR program, and establishes onerous minimum recycled content requirements on packaging.
